Therefore, the protein can be used as a biomarker composition for identifying the exposure to a humidifier disinfectant component. 본 발명은 폐조직 내 가습기 살균제 성분 노출 여부 확인용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이를 이용한 확인 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 가습기 살균제에 노출된 급성군(증상 발생하여 내원 후 2달 이내)의 폐조직 및 가습기 살균제에 노출되지 않은 정상대조군의 폐조직을 이용하여 단백질체 분석을 수행하였으며, 이와 동시에 급성군 및 유지군(증상 발생하여 내원 후 3년 경과)의 혈액 단백질에서 특이적 양적 변화를 나타내는 단백질을 이용하여 정상대조군 및 급성군을 감별할 수 있는 단백질을 선별한 바, 상기 단백질은 가습기 살균제 성분 노출 여부를 확인용 바이오마커 조성물로 활용될 수 있다.
