Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a touch display apparatus, a display controller, a driving circuit and a driving method, and more particularly, to a touch display apparatus capable of normal display and normal touch sensing including pen sensing and finger sensing by controlling data output processing even when a speed (input cycle) at which a video supplier supplies video data and a speed (beacon cycle) at which a beacon signal is output to a display panel for pen sensing are not synchronized, a display controller, a driving circuit and a driving method. The touch display apparatus comprises: a display panel; a gate driving circuit; a touch driving circuit; and a display controller. 본 발명의 실시예들은 터치표시장치, 디스플레이 컨트롤러, 구동회로 및 구동방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 영상공급기가 영상데이터를 공급하는 속도(입력주기)와 펜 센싱을 위한 표시패널에 비콘신호가 출력되는 속도(비콘주기)가 동기화 되지 않은 경우에도, 데이터 출력 처리를 제어함으로써, 정상적인 디스플레이 및 정상적인 터치 센싱(펜 센싱, 핑거 센싱)을 가능하게 하는 터치표시장치, 디스플레이 컨트롤러, 구동회로 및 구동방법에 관한 것이다.
