The present invention relates to a double-sided sprayer, comprising: a T-shaped member (120) having a fixation unit (121) and a handle unit (122), formed in a T shape, wherein adjustment holes (111, 112) are formed at both ends; nozzle rods (163, 164); coupling members (165, 166) extended and coupled to the nozzle rods (163, 164) and coupled by the adjustment holes (111, 112) of the T-shaped member (120) and coupling members (113, 114); two spraying tubes (160-1, 160-2) formed of hoses (167, 168) extended and coupled to the coupling members (165, 166); an introduction hose connection member (130) coupled to tips of the hoses (167, 168) of the injection tubes (160-1,160-2) to make the two injection tubes (160-1, 160-2) form a V shape, having an opening and closing unit (133) and coupled to the handle unit (122), wherein the coupling members (113, 114) are formed to be coupled and fixated after directions of the nozzles (161, 162) and angles of the two V-shaped injection tubes are adjusted by rotating the injection tubes (160-1, 160-2).
