Zusammenfassung:An objective of the present invention is to provide a nickel-based super heat-resistant alloy having a higher temperature resistant oxidation resistance and creep characteristics than to a prior art; and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a nickel-based super heat-resistant alloy casting having excellent high temperature creep characteristics and oxidation resistance comprising: 16.6-20.0 wt% of cobalt (Co); 15.0-17.2 wt% of chromium (Cr); greater than 0 wt% and less than 2.0 wt% of molybdenum (Mo); 7.3-10.0 wt% of tungsten (W); 2.2-2.7 wt% of aluminum (Al); 2.4-3.2 wt% of titanium (Ti); 0.5-3.0 wt% of tantalum (Ta); 0.04-0.1 wt% of carbon (C); greater than 0 wt% and less than 0.01 wt% of boron (B); and the remaining balance consisting of nickel (Ni) and other unavoidable impurities. 본 발명은 종래에 비해 더 우수한 고온 내산화 특성 및 크리프 특성을 가지는 니켈기 초내열 합금 및 그 제조방법의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 관점에 따르면, 중량%로, 16.6 내지 20.0의 코발트(Co), 15.0 내지 17.2의 크롬(Cr), 0 초과 2.0 이하의 몰리브데늄(Mo), 7.3 내지 10.0의 텅스텐(W), 2.2 내지 2.7의 알루미늄(Al), 2.4 내지 3.2의 타이타늄(Ti), 0.5 내지 3.0의 탄탈륨(Ta), 0.04 내지 0.1의 탄소(C), 0초과 0.01이하의 붕소(B) 및, 잔부가 니켈(Ni)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 고온 크리프 특성과 내산화성이 우수한 니켈기 초내열 합금 주조재가 제공된다.
