The bioincubator for inducing germination and differentiation by the present invention includes: a support unit which includes a pair of side frames spaced apart from side to side and a horizontal frame in which both left and right sides are coupled respectively to the side frames; a plurality of culturing units which are arranged at predetermined intervals on the vertical frame; a light irradiation unit which is installed in the rear surface of the support unit and irradiates light to the culturing units; and a gas supply unit which is provided to supply gas to each of the culturing units. 본 발명은 발아 및 분화 유도를 위한 생물 배양기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 목본류나 초본류 등과 같은 식물의 씨앗의 발아를 촉진시키고 생물 조직의 분화를 유도할 수 있는 생물 배양기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발아 및 분화 유도를 위한 생물 배양기는 좌우로 이격된 한쌍의 사이드프레임 및 사이드프레임에 좌우 양측이 각각 결합되는 가로프레임을 포함하는 지지부와, 가로프레임에 다수가 일정 간격으로 배치되는 배양유닛들과, 지지부의 후면에 설치되어 상기 배양유닛들로 광을 조사하는 광조사부와, 배양유닛들 각각에 가스를 공급하기 위한 가스공급부를 구비한다.
