The present invention includes: a passage unit formed with a moving path of a raw material therein and having an inlet in which the raw material is introduced and a plurality of outlets through which the raw material is discharged; an opening and closing unit at least partially movably installed in the passage unit so as to control the amount of the raw material supplied to each of the plurality of outlets; a driving unit capable of moving the opening and closing unit; and a speed adjusting unit connecting the opening and closing unit and the driving unit and capable of adjusting speed in which the opening and closing unit moves, thereby suppressing or preventing damage by mitigating impact. 본 발명은 내부에 원료의 이동경로가 형성되고, 원료가 유입되는 유입구와 원료가 배출되는 복수개의 배출구를 구비하는 통로부; 상기 복수개의 배출구 각각으로 공급되는 원료의 양을 제어할 수 있도록, 적어도 일부가 상기 통로부 내부에서 이동 가능하게 설치되는 개폐부; 상기 개폐부를 이동시킬 수 있는 구동부; 및 상기 개폐부와 상기 구동부를 연결해주고, 상기 개폐부가 이동하는 속도를 조절할 수 있는 속도 조절부;를 포함하고, 충격을 완화하여 손상을 억제하거나 방지할 수 있다.
