Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to biodegradable polymeric microspheres containing trametinib and a method for manufacturing the same. Polymeric microspheres of the present invention can be used for manufacturing sustained-release parenteral formulations containing trametinib as an active component. According to the present invention, it is possible to overcome a problem that a hydrophobic drug is not encapsulated in microspheres, but crystallized in an aqueous phase. In addition, it is possible to obtain trametinib-containing polymer microspheres in a good spherical shape and achieve nearly 100% of a drug encapsulation rate. 본 발명은 트라메티닙을 함유하는 생체분해성 고분자 미립구 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 고분자 미립구는 트라메티닙을 유효성분으로 하는 서방성 비경구 제형의 제조에 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 소수성의 약물이 미립구에 봉입되지 않고 수상에서 결정화되는 문제점을 극복하고 트라메티닙 함유 고분자 미립구를 양호한 구형의 모양으로 얻을 수 있으며, 거의 100 %에 가까운 약물 봉입률을 달성할 수 있다.
