PEELINGS DEVICE FOR FRUIT

The present invention relates to a fruit peeing device which can easily remove fruit′s peel by stably holding a fruit regardless of the size, shape and flesh of the fruit, and divide the fruit, from which peel is removed, into several pieces by installing a navel cap and a separator in interlocking spindles to be replaced. The fruit peeling device comprises: a frame including a base, a main support, an auxiliary support and a cover; a stem processor installed on the outer side surface of the main support in order to process the surface of the stem of a fruit to be flat; movable spindles installed in an intermediate position between the main support and the auxiliary support in order to hold and rotate the stem of the fruit to remove the peel; interlocking spindles rotatably installed together with the movable spindles while holding the navel part of the fruit in the center of the auxiliary support in the opposite position of the movable spindles; a peeling unit installed in the upper part of the main support to remove the peel of the fruit; and a discharge chute installed in the lower side of the peeling unit discharge the peeled fruit. The fruit peeling device further includes: a gripper installed on the movable spindles and holding the stem of a fruit to keep the stem firmly; and a separator mounted on the interlocking spindles to be replaced and dividing the fruit, from which peel is removed, into ovary and several pieces of flesh. 본 발명은 과일의 크기와 형상 및 육질에 관계없이 안정되게 잡아주어 껍질제거를 용이하게 할 수 있는 것은 물론, 연동스핀들에 배꼽캡과 분리기를 교환장착하여 껍질이 제거된 과일을 여러 조각으로 분리할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 베이스와 메인지지대와 보조지지대 및 커버로 구성되는 프레임과; 상기 메인지지대의 외측면에 과일의 꼭지부위 표면을 평평하게 처리하도록 설치하는 꼭지처리기와; 상기 메인지지대와 보조지지대의 중간위치에 껍질을 제거할 과일의 꼭지부위를 잡아서 회전시킬 수 있도록 설치되는 가동스핀들과; 상기 가동스핀들의 대향위치 보조지지대의 중앙부에 과일의 배꼽부위를 잡고 가동스핀들과 함께 회전하게 설치되는 연동스핀들과; 상기 메인지지대의 상부에 설치되어 과일의 껍질을 제거하는 탈피부와; 상기 탈피부의 하방에 설치되어 작업 완료된 과일을 배출하기 위한 배출슈트를 포함하는 과일 탈피장치에 있어서; 상기 가동스핀들에 설치하여 과일의 꼭지부분을 잡아서 견고하게 유지하기 위한 그리퍼와; 상기 연동스핀들에 교환장착하여 껍질이 제거된 과일을 씨방과 여러 조각의 과육으로 분리하는 분리기를 더 설치하는 것이 특징이다.
