The present invention relates to a patient information-based medication management apparatus, comprising: a basic information collection part for collecting basic information (profile information such as gender and age of a patient) of the patient; a medical care information collection part for collecting medical care data information through a medical care process of the patient; a medication compliance group prediction part for predicting a medication compliance group of the patient by using basic information of the patient collected through the basic information collection part and medical care data information collected through the medical care information collection part; and an information providing part for providing medication encouragement information according to the medication compliance group of the patient predicted through the medication compliance group prediction part.
