Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are a low-cost compression sensor using a writing instrument and paper and a manufacturing method thereof. The present low-cost compression sensor comprises: paper; a graphite wire which performs adsorption by being applied with graphite using a writing instrument containing graphite in paper, and connected from a start point to an end point so as to be electrically conductive; and a copper wire connected to the start point and the end point. Accordingly, provided are the low-cost compression sensor and the manufacturing method thereof, which reduce manufacturing costs as a pressure is measured based on changes in electrical resistance by simply manufacturing using a writing instrument and paper, and allow single-use in the field of RTM and injection application in which sensor damage is easily generated.
필기도구와 종이를 이용한 저가형 압축센서 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 저가형 압축센서는 종이; 상기 종이에 흑연을 포함하는 필기도구로 칠하여 흡착되고, 전기 전도 가능하도록 기점부터 종점까지 연결되는 흑연선; 및 상기 기점 및 상기 종점에 연결되는 구리선을 포함한다. 이에 의해, 필기도구 및 종이를 이용하여 간단히 제조하여 전기저항의 변화를 기반으로 압력을 측정하므로 제조단가를 줄일 수 있으며, 센서 손상이 쉽게 발생하는 RTM 및 사출분야에 1회용으로 사용이 가능한 저가형 압축센서 및 그 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다. |
