PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE EXTRACTS FROM STEM OF ACTINIDIA ARGUTA AS AN EFFECTIVE COMPONENT FOR PREVENTION OR TREATMENT OF THROMBOSIS AND HEALTH FUNCTIONAL FOOD COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an antithrombotic composition comprising an extract from the stem of Actinidia arguta as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition and a functional health food composition, comprising an extract as an active ingredient, the extract produced by extracting washed and sorted stems of Actinidia arguta with hot water, for preventing or treating/alleviating thrombosis through inhibiting blood coagulation. As the active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition and the functional health food composition for preventing or treating thrombosis of the present invention, the extract from the stem of Actinidia arguta, as proven through the embodiments of the present specification, exhibits potent antithrombotic activity due to inhibition on thrombus formation-associated enzymes and inhibition on blood coagulation factors, without showing no hemolytic activity to human red blood cells; shows excellent thermal stability; and even in acidic condition at pH 2 and serum, does not show a decrease in the inhibitory effect on thrombus formation-associated enzymes and blood coagulation factors, and thus is promising to be used for preventing and treating thrombosis, such as ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke, through promoting blood circulation. In addition, the active ingredient is advantageous in that it can be processed in various forms including a liquid extract, powder, a pill, a tablet, etc., so as to be formulated in a form that can be conveniently taken anytime, and thus is an extremely useful invention in the drug and food industry. 본 발명은 미후등(참다래 나무 줄기: stem of) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항혈전 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 수세 정선된 미후등을 열수 추출하여 조제한 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 혈액 응고 저해를 통한 혈전증의 예방 또는 치료/개선용 약학적 조성물 및 건강 기능 식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 혈전증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 건강 기능 식품의 유효성분으로서의 미후등 추출물은 본 명세서의 실시예를 통해 증명된 바와 같이, 혈전 생성 관련 효소 저해 및 혈액 응고 인자의 저해에 의한 강력한 항혈전 활성을 나타냄과 동시에, 인간 적혈구에 대한 용혈 활성을 전혀 나타내지 않고, 열 안정성이 우수하고, pH 2의 산성 조건 및 혈장 내에서도 혈전 생성 관련 효소 및 혈액 응고인자 저해 효과의 손실이 나타나지 않으므로, 혈행 개선을 통해 허혈성 뇌졸중 및 출혈성 뇌졸중과 같은 혈전증의 예방 및 치료용으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 상기 유효성분은 추출액, 분말, 환, 정 등의 다양한 형태로 가공되어 상시 복용이 가능한 형태로 조제할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있으므로 제약 산업 및 식품 산업상 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
