본 발명은 크로노박터 사카자키()에 특이적인 사멸능을 갖는 신규 박테리오파지 CS3, 상기 박테리오파지를 포함하는 항생용 조성물, 사료 첨가용 조성물, 사료, 소독제, 세척제 또는 식품 조성물, 상기 박테리오파지 CS3를 식품에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 크로노박터 사카자키균이 제거된 식품 제조 방법 및 상기 박테리오파지를 인간을 제외한 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 크로노박터 사카자키에 의한 감염성 질병의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 박테리오파지 CS3를 이용한 크로노박터 사카자키에 의한 감염성 질병의 예방 또는 치료 방법은 기존의 항생제 등의 화학물질에 비해 크로노박터 사카자키에 대한 특이성이 매우 높고, 상기 박테리오파지 CS3는 상기 크로노박터 사카자키에 감염하여 크로노박터 사카자키 균주 내에서 증식함으로써 용균 활성이 우수하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 본 발명의 박테리오파지 CS3는 사람, 동물, 식물 등 세균 외의 다른 숙주에는 감염되지 않으므로, 항생제의 오남용으로 인한 항생제 내성균의 문제점, 식품 내의 항생제의 잔류 문제, 광범위한 숙주범위의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 박테리오파지 CS3는 크로노박터 사카자키에 의한 인간을 제외한 개체의 감염성 질병의 예방 또는 치료방법, 항생용 조성물, 사료 첨가용 조성물, 사료, 소독제, 세척제 또는 식품 조성물 분야에서 다양하게 사용될 수 있다.</abstract><oa>free_for_read</oa></addata></record> |
