Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a concentrated water reduction-type electrosorptive desalination system which is capable of innovatively reducing generation amount of concentrated water of an entire system by removing external discharge of high concentration ion concentrated water discharged from a CDI treatment unit through convergence of a CDI (Capacitive Deionization) technology and an ED (Electro Dialysis) technology, and finally discharging only ED concentrated water which comes close to a limit saturation concentration after being repeatedly concentrated in an ED treatment unit. Specifically, the concentrated water reduction-type electrosorptive desalination system includes: the CDI treatment unit which includes one or more CDI modules formed by stacking a pluralities of positive electrodes and negative electrodes at predetermined intervals, and repeatedly performs a process of adsorbing ions existing in inflow water flowing between the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes and discharging the adsorbed ions and a regeneration process of desorbing ions adsorbed onto the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes; and the ED treatment unit which recovers CDI concentrated water discharged during the process of regenerating the electrodes by desorbing the ions in the CDI treatment unit, and separates the ions from the CDI concentrated water through an electrodialysis method.
본 발명은 CDI(Capacitive Deionization) 기술과 ED(Electro Dialysis) 기술의 융합을 통해 CDI처리부에서 배출되는 고농도 이온 농축수의 외부 배출을 없애고, ED처리부에서 반복 농축되어 한계 포화농도에 근접한 ED농축수만을 최종 배출하도록 하여 전체 시스템의 농축수 발생량을 획기적으로 저감할 수 있는 농축수 저감형 전기흡착 탈염 시스템에 관한 것으로 상세하게는, 복수의 양전극과 음전극이 일정 간격을 두고 적층 구성되는 하나 이상의 CDI모듈을 포함하고, 상기 양전극과 음전극 사이를 유동하는 유입수에 존재하는 이온을 흡착하여 배출하는 과정과 상기 양전극과 음전극에 흡착된 이온을 탈착하는 재생 과정을 반복 수행하는 CDI처리부; 및 상기 CDI처리부에서 이온을 탈착하여 전극을 재생하는 과정 중 배출되는 CDI농축수를 회수하고, 전기투석(Electro Dialysis) 방식을 통해 상기 CDI농축수로부터 이온을 분리하는 ED처리부;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다. |
