CABIN FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT OF COVER-HOUSING HEIGHT CONTROL TYPE

The present invention relates to a cabin for cover housing height adjustment type heavy equipment and, more specifically, to a cabin for cover housing height adjustment type heavy equipment which can resolve height limitation of a construction machine (heavy equipment) by changing the height of a housing, and secure a movable range of an attachment (work device). According to the present invention, the cabin for cover housing height adjustment type heavy equipment comprises: a main body installed on heavy equipment to provide a riding space for attachment operation, divided into a base housing seated and fixed on the heavy equipment and a cover housing capable of performing vertical rotation movement of one side with respect to the other side of the base housing while being connectively arranged on an upper side of the base housing, and having a variable height thereof by rotation of the cover housing; at least one lifting device to vertically rotate the cover housing in accordance with rotation in a state of being additionally installed on one side or both sides of the main body; and a shock absorber to prevent a rapid descent of the cover housing in a state of being mounted on the main body, and simultaneously present a load repulsive force to assist in an ascent of the cover housing when a forcible lowering external force by the lifting device is lost. 본 발명은 커버하우징 고도조절타입 중장비용 캐빈에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 본체(housing)의 자체적 높낮이 가변을 통한 건설기계(중장비)의 고도제한 해소와 더불어 어태치먼트(작업장치)의 가동범위를 확보할 수 있도록 한 커버하우징 고도조절타입 중장비용 캐빈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 어태치먼트 운전의 탑승공간을 제공을 위해 중장비 상에 설치되되, 상기 중장비 상에 안착고정되는 베이스하우징, 상기 베이스하우징 상측에 연계배치된 상태로 상기 베이스하우징의 일측을 기준으로 한 타측의 상,하 회전이동이 가능한 커버하우징으로 분할구성되고, 상기 커버하우징 회동에 따라 자체적 높낮이가 가변되는 본체; 상기 본체의 일측 또는 양측에 각각 부가설치된 상태로의 회전구동에 의거, 상기 커버하우징을 상,하로 회동시키는 적어도 하나 이상의 승강장치; 및, 상기 본체에 더 장착된 상태로, 상기 커버하우징의 급격한 하강이 방지되도록 함과 동시에 상기 승강장치에 의한 강제하강 외력의 상실시 상기 커버하우징 상승을 돕는 하중 반발력을 나타내는 완충기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
