In order to prevent corrosion or deformation of an evaporator housing, which may be caused by light irradiation of the ultraviolet LED, a corrosion prevention film is formed on an inner circumferential surface of an evaporator housing to significantly improve durability of the evaporator. 본 발명은 차량의 증발기 내부에 설치되고 자외선 LED가 구비된 자외선 조사 모듈 및 상기 증발기 하우징의 내주면에 형성된 부식방지막을 포함하는 내구성이 우수한 증발기를 구비한 자동차용 공기정화장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차량의 증발기 내부에 자외선 LED가 형성되어 있는 자외선 조사 모듈을 형성하되, 상기 자외선 LED의 광조사에 의해 발생할 수 있는 증발기 하우징의 부식이나 변형 등의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록, 증발기 하우징 내주면에 부식방지막을 형성하여 증발기의 내구성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
