According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition comprising the Cyperus esculentus extract has an excellent effect of moisturizing the skin and effects of improving and strengthening skin barrier function. 본 발명은 타이거넛츠 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 피부 보습용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 타이거넛츠 추출물을 유효 성분으로 화장료 조성물의 전체 중량에 대하여 0.0001 ~ 30.0 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 타이거넛츠 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물은 피부 보습 효과, 피부장벽기능 개선 및 피부장벽기능 강화 효과가 우수하다.
