The present invention provides the electric range which not only can generate low temperature heat but also can easily generate high temperature heat; can heat cookware in a short amount of time; can be formed to have a thin thickness; and can exhibit improved durability and service life as the heating element is not easily separated from a substrate. 본 발명의 발열 잉크조성물을 이용한 전기레인지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 입경이 100 나노미터 이하인 구형의 은 나노입자 100 중량부 및 상기 길이가 2 ~ 5 마이크로미터인 막대 형태의 은 마이크로입자 5 ~ 25 중량부를 포함하는 은 조성물, 유무기 하이브리드 수지 및 유기용매를 포함하는 발열 잉크조성물을 이용하여 형성된 발열체를 포함함에 따라, 저온 발열 뿐 아니라 고온 발열 또한 용이하며, 단 시간 내에 조리기구의 가열이 가능하면서도 얇은 두께로 형성될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 발열체가 기판으로부터 쉽게 분리되지 않음에 따라 내구성 및 수명이 향상된 전기레인지를 제공한다.
