To this end, according to the present invention, a direct flow path allowing upper and lower liquid chambers to directly communicate with each other to be able to move fluid, and an opening/closing device to open/close the direct flow path are installed in an orifice plate. The opening/closing device comprises: a coil embedded in the orifice plate and generating magnetic force in application of a current; and an opening/closing member moved to selectively open/close the direct flow path in accordance with the application of the current and the generation of the magnetic force of the coil.
