본 발명은 연마 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 진동을 이용하여 곡면을 갖는 피연마체를 보다 효율적으로 연마할 수 있는 연마 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 연마 장치는, 피연마체의 일면에 상응하는 모양으로 형성되고 제1 연마층을 포함하는 제1 연마 부재; 상기 피연마체의 타면에 상응하는 모양으로 형성되고 제2 연마층을 포함하는 제2 연마 부재; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 연마 부재의 진동을 각각 발생시키는 진동발생기를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 연마 장치는 스마트폰의 3D 커버글라스 등과 같이 3D 곡면을 갖는 피연마체를 짧은 시간 내에 균일하게 연마할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
