The present invention relates to a container transferring device of an automatic cooker, which has a plurality of pushers pushing the lateral sides of containers individually so that the containers with food to be cooked are sequentially moved to a plurality of heaters, and enables each of containers with different sizes to pass through the centers of heaters even if the containers are put on the heaters. Therefore, the cooker can cook various kinds of food with various sizes of containers. For the above, the container transferring device of an automatic cooker enables heating and cooking while moving the containers with food sequentially to each of heaters by having the heaters and the pushers (10) at intervals in a caterpillar track chain included in both sides of the heaters. The pusher has a space part partially accommodating the side of the container.
