라미네이트재의 제조 방법
금속 노출부를 갖는 라미네이트재를 효율 좋게 제조한다. 금속박(11)의 적어도 일방의 면에 수지층(17, 18)이 접합되어 적층된 라미네이트 소재(10)의 수지층(17, 18)에 레이저광(L)을 조사하고, 수지층(17, 18)과 금속박(11)을 박리시켜서 박리부(21, 22)를 형성하는 박리 공정을 행한다. 그 후, 박리부(21, 22)상의 수지층(17, 18)을 절제하여 금속박(11)을 노출시킨다. Thereafter, the resin layers 17 and 18 corresponding to the peeled portions 21 and 22 are cut off to expose the metal foil 11. |
