Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a lens, and more particularly, to a multi-layer lens in which a plurality of lenses other than a single lens are configured as a multi-layer lens to minimize deformation occurring in a process of forming a lens, and a method of manufacturing the multi-layer lens. The present invention provides a lens having a multi-layer structure, in which at least three lens members are sequentially arranged, and the lens members are formed into an integrated lens, wherein the lens members are arranged in an order of a first lens member, a second lens member, and a third lens member along an optical axis, the lens members are formed of an identical material, in which the second lens member is primarily formed by a double injection process, and the first lens member and the third lens member are secondarily formed at a same time, and a thickness of the second lens member is greater than or equal to a thickness of the first lens member or a thickness of the third lens member. 본 발명은 렌즈에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단일 렌즈가 아닌 복수의 렌즈를 다층 렌즈로 구성하여서, 렌즈의 성형 과정에서 발생하는 변형을 최소화한 다층 렌즈 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은, 적어도 세 개의 렌즈 부재가 순차적으로 배치되되, 상기 렌즈 부재들이 일체의 렌즈로 형성되는 다층 구조의 렌즈로서, 렌즈 부재들은 광축을 따라 제1 렌즈 부재, 제2 렌즈 부재 및 제3 렌즈 부재의 순서로 배치되고, 렌즈 부재들은 모두 동일한 재질의 렌즈로 형성되되, 이중 사출 공정에 의하여 1차적으로는 제2 렌즈 부재가 형성되고, 2차적으로 제1 렌즈 부재 및 제3 렌즈 부재가 동시에 형성되며, 제2 렌즈 부재의 두께는, 제1 렌즈 부재 또는 제3 렌즈 부재 각각의 두께보다 크거나 동일한 것을 특징으로 한다.
