본 발명은 신규한 셀레노플라본 화합물의 제조 방법 및 상기 셀레노플라본 화합물을 포함하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 팔라듐-촉매를 사용하여 직접적 C-H 아릴화(palladium-catalyzed direct C-H arylation)를 통해 합성적인 어려움으로 인해 합성된 적이 없었던 셀레노플라본, 특히 PMSF을 합성할 수 있다. 상기 합성된 셀레노플라본은 BAT (brown adipose tissue)의 활성화와 관련된 개선 효과를 가지므로, 상기 셀레노플라본은 비만의 예방 및 치료를 위한 조성물에 사용될 수 있다. |
