Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for producing a bamboo extract with increased contents of polyphenol and flavonoid compared to a conventional extraction method. In particular, the method comprises: a step of preparing bamboo powder by drying, pulverizing, and powdering a live bamboo; an extract solution preparing step of adding an aqueous solution of 70% ethanol to the bamboo powder, extracting a solvent in a condition of 80°C, separating a precipitate and an extract solution by filtration under reduced pressure, obtaining an extract solution, and producing an ethanol aqueous solution extract; an extract producing step of concentrating the ethanol aqueous solution extract separated in the extract preparation step and freeze-drying the extract to produce an extract; and an ethyl acetate fraction producing step of adding ethyl acetate to an extract aqueous solution in which the extract produced in the extract producing step is dissolved in water, mixing the same, separating an ethyl acetate layer, and vacuum-concentrating and freeze-drying the ethyl acetate layer to produce an ethyl acetate fraction. According to the present invention, a bamboo extract produced by the method of the present invention has a high content of polyphenol estimated to have an excellent antioxidant activity conventionally, and also has a high content of flavonoid, thereby making it possible to produce an extract containing a maximum functional ingredient of bamboo having various functional ingredients. Since an extraction rate is excellent and the economical effect of an extraction method is also improved, the present invention can contribute to expansion of utilization of bamboo to the food industry and the like. Therefore, the present invention has a very great industrial effect due to contributions to an income increase of farms and activation of the local economy.
본 발명은 기존 추출방법에 비하여, 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드의 함량이 증가된 대나무 추출물 제조방법, 구체적으로 생대나무를 건조한 후, 분쇄하여 분말화하여 대나무 분말을 제조하는 단계; 상기 대나무 분말에 70% 에탄올 수용액을 첨가하고 80?의 조건에서 용매추출한 후, 감압여과하여 침전물 및 추출액을 분리하고, 추출액을 수득하여 에탄올 수용액 추출액을 제조하는 추출액 제조단계; 상기 추출액 제조단계에서 분리된 에탄올 수용액 추출액을 농축하고, 동결건조하여 추출물을 제조하는 추출물 제조단계; 및 상기 추출물 제조단계에서 제조된 추출물을 물에 녹인 추출물 수용액에 에틸아세테이트를 첨가하고 혼합한 다음 에틸아세테이트 층을 분리하고, 상기 에틸아세테이트 층을 진공농축 및 동결건조하여 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 제조하는 에틸아세테이트 분획물 제조단계를 포함하는 폴리페놀 및 플라보노이드가 포함된 대나무 추출물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 대나무 추출물은 기존에 항산화 활성이 우수한 것으로 평가된 폴리페놀의 함량이 높을 뿐만 아니라, 플라보노이드의 함량도 높아 다양한 기능성 성분을 가진 대나무의 기능성 성분을 최대로 포함하는 추출물을 제조할 수 있고, 추출수율도 우수하여 |
