The device for administering and evaporating an extirpator in a great quantity without odor is heated at 100°C at multiple dispersion discharge absorbents in multiple basins coming into contact with a metal plate of the center lower side of the upper side vertically erecting on the upper side and on a folded side in two layers of the metal plate and multiple heaters in an absorption plate in the case. So, the device for administering and evaporating an extirpator in a great quantity without odor completely exterminates harmful pests and bacteria in a short time by evaporating a great quantity of the extirpator at an initial stage of the administration and adhering by wind power.
