Silent foam feeding machine for tire

The present invention relates to an apparatus which is capable of automatically supplying a silent foam attached to an inner liner inside a tire up to a silent foam attaching device, and more specifically, to an apparatus for automatically supplying a tire silent foam, the apparatus which improves operation efficiency by automatically and promptly supplying a plurality of silent foams stored in a silent foam storage box, thereby greatly reducing time and manpower required for supplying the silent foams. To this end, the apparatus of the present invention, as an apparatus for supplying the silent foam (1) which is cut to a predetermined length and is attached to the inner liner inside the tire to have a function of reducing an internal cavity resonant noise of the tire to the silent foam attaching device by using a transfer conveyor (2), includes: a gripper (5) of a robot (4) which draws out the silent foams (1) disposed in a row and in a multilayer from the silent foam storage box (3) storing a plurality of the silent foams (1) therein; a receiving and loading storage bin (6) in which the silent foams (1) drawn out by the gripper (5) of the robot (4) are stored in the row and in the multilayer; an operating unit (7) which applies pressure to or relieves the pressurization from left and right side surfaces of the receiving and loading storage bin (6) while lifting up the receiving and loading storage bin (6); and the transfer conveyor (2) which moves, to the silent foam attaching device, the silent foam (1a) located in the lowermost end of the receiving and loading storage bin (6) among the silent foams (1) stored in the receiving and loading storage bin (6) operated to ascend or descend by the operating unit (7). 본 발명은 타이어의 내부 이너라이너(Inner liner)에 부착되는 흡음재(Silent foam)를 흡음재 부착장치까지 자동으로 공급할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 흡음재 보관박스에 저장된 다수 개의 흡음재를 자동으로 신속하게 공급함에 따라 공급에 소요되는 시간과 인력을 대폭 감축하여 작업효율을 향상시킨 타이어용 흡음재 자동공급장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 타이어의 내부 이너라이너에 부착되어 타이어의 내부 공동 공명소음을 저감하는 기능을 가진 일정길이로 재단된 흡음재(1)를 이송 컨베이어(2)를 이용하여 흡음재 부착장치로 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 흡음재(1)가 다수 개 보관된 흡음재 보관박스(3)에서 일렬 다층으로 배치된 흡음재(1)들을 끄집어내는 로봇(4)의 그립퍼(Gripper,5)와, 상기 로봇(4)의 그립퍼(5)에 의해 끄집어낸 흡음재(1)들이 일렬 다층으로 저장되는 수납 로딩저장대(6), 상기 수납 로딩저장대(6)를 들어올리면서 좌우측면을 압박 및 해제하는 작동부(7) 및, 상기 작동부(7)에 의해 승하강 작동되는 수납 로딩저장대(6)에 저장된 흡음재(1)들 중 최하단에 위치한 흡음재(1a)를 흡음재 부착장치로 이동시키는 이송 컨베이어(2)를 포함한다.
