The present invention provides a two-dimensional array light-emitting diode device that includes: a transparent substrate having a first surface; a plurality of adjacent light emitting units disposed on the first surface, each having a plurality of side and peripheral lengths; and a plurality of conductive wiring structures disposed on the first surface and electrically connecting a plurality of adjacent light emitting units. The sides of each light emitting unit have a plurality of vertical distances from the closest light emitting unit, and if the plurality of vertical distances is larger than 50 μm, the sides of the light emitting unit are not close to the closest light emitting unit.
