Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for imaging biological tissues using three photon citation of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, which comprises the following steps: adding a fluoroquinolone antibiotic to biological tissues to be photographed and dyeing the same; irradiating a region where the fluoroquinolone antibiotic is applied with light such that a three photon citation phenomenon is generated; and photographing a fluorescence phenomenon generated in a fluoroquinolone system by the three photon citation phenomenon. Clear images of biological tissues can be obtained even when photographing opaque tissues by using the three photon citation characteristics of the fluoroquinolone antibiotics. 본 발명은 플루오로퀴놀론계 항생제를 이용한 생체조직 영상화 방법에 관한것으로 촬영하고자하는 생체 조직에 플루오로퀴놀론계 항생제를 가하여 염색하는 단계; 상기 플루오로퀴놀론계 항생제가 가해진 영역에 삼광자 여기현상이 발생되도록 광을 조사하는 단계; 상기 삼광자 여기현상에 의해 플루오로퀴놀론계에서 발생되는 형광현상을 촬영하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
