| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a cup ice cream which is packaged to allow a user to eat the ice cream by storing the same in a container to prevent melting for a long time. To this end, the cup ice cream comprises: a cup-shaped ice-cream container having an accommodation space for storing the ice cream; an edible absorber interposed between the ice cream and the bottom of the ice cream container so as to provide coldness to the ice cream; and liquid nitrogen fixed to the edible absorber. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide coldness to the ice cream by evaporation heat of the liquid nitrogen.
