Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a method comprising the following steps: extracting proteins from Stichopus japonicus by acetone macerating; obtaining a peptide fraction by distinguishing based on a molecular weight after hydrolyzing the protein extracted using enzymes; selecting a specific peptide fraction by evaluating an antiaging effect of the peptide fraction; and selecting a peptide by analyzing the antiaging effect of the peptide constituting the selected peptide fraction. By using the peptide selected, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for wrinkle alleviation which contains the peptide extracted from Stichopus japonicus promoting collagen production and inhibiting expression of MMP enzyme to have a wrinkle alleviating effect, and a method for manufacturing the same. 본 발명은 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 아세톤 냉침에 의해 홍해삼으로부터 단백질을 추출하고 추출된 단백질을 효소를 이용하여 가수분해시키고 분자량을 기반으로 분별하여 펩타이드 프랙션(fraction)을 얻고 상기 펩타이드 프랙션에 대해 항노화 효과를 평가하여 특정 펩타이드 프랙션(fraction)을 선별하고 선별된 펩타이드 프랙션을 구성하는 펩타이드의 항노화 효과를 분석하여 선택된 펩타이드를 이용함으로써, 콜라겐 생성을 촉진하고 MMP 효소의 발현을 억제하여 주름 개선 효과를 가지는 홍해삼으로부터 추출된 펩타이드를 함유한 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
