description The present invention relates to a triboelectric power generating device using a non-conductive fluid. The power generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a conductive tube formed of a conductive material; a first electrode arranged on an upper side surface within the conductive tube; a second electrode arranged on a lower side surface within the conductive tube; a non-conductive material layer formed on an upper surface of the second electrode; non-conductive fluid droplets moving from one end to the other end within the conductive tube; and a capacitance unit storing electricity generated by friction between non-conductive fluid droplets and the surface of the non-conductive material layer when the non-conductive fluid droplets move within the conductive tube. The non-conductive fluid droplets and the non-conductive material layer maintain electrified states and the first electrode and the second electrode generate induced charges by movement of the non-conductive fluid droplets, whereas the first electrode induces charges with a polarity different from that of the non-conductive fluid droplets and the second electrode induces charges with a polarity different from that of the non-conductive material layer.
