According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately analyze nanoparticles under various environments.
개시된 본 발명에 의한 나노입자 분석방법은, 공기 중의 나노입자의 크기를 분류하여 나노입자의 전류를 측정하여 나노입자의 수농도 측정값을 측정하는 단계, 전기이동도 입경에 따른 상기 나노입자의 수농도를 측정하여, 나노입자에 대한 임의의 유효 밀도에 따른 공기역학적 입경 기반의 나노입자의 수농도 이론값을 계산하는 단계 및, 측정값과 이론값의 비교를 반복하면서 측정값과 이론값이 유사한 나노입자의 수농도 결과값을 결정하는 단계를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 다양한 환경 조건하에서도 나노입자의 정확한 분석이 가능해진다. |
