Zusammenfassung:	A horizontal maintaining device is disclosed. The horizontal maintaining device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support frame including a first mount where a predetermined mounting material can be installed and a second mount which is rotatably coupled by the first mount and a first shaft rotating means in a first axial direction, a vertical frame rotatably coupled by the second mount and the second shaft rotating means in a second axial direction, a sensor part provided at a predetermined position on the support frame to sense the position information or posture information of the support frame and to transmit the sensed information to a predetermined control part for controlling the operation of the horizontal maintaining device, and a control part for receiving information sensed by the sensor part and performing control for maintaining the level of the support frame based on the received information.
