As a monolayer sound insulating material with a low specific gravity, the noise reduction performance is maintained while the weight is reduced, the manufacturing process is simplified, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the weight is reduced to improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. 본 발명은 차음재의 제조방법, 이 제조방법으로 제조된 차음재 및 이를 이용한 차량용 카페트에 관한 것으로 PE를 포함한 베이스수지 100중량부에 대하여 산화알미늄 30 ~ 70 중량부, 나노클레이 10 ~ 20 중량부, 산화방지제 0.2 ~ 0.8중량부, 윤활제 0.1 ~ 0.5중량부를 포함하는 복합수지 조성물로 차음재를 제조하고, 상기 차음재를 카페트 원단재 상에 코팅하여 건조시킴으로써 차량용 카페트를 제조하여 단층으로 저비중의 차음재로써 중량을 절감하면서 소음진동 성능을 유지시키며 제조공정을 단순화하고, 제조원가를 절감하고, 중량이 절감되어 차량의 연비를 향상시킨다.
