CHECK VALVE HOSE DETECTION DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE AND DETECTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a detection device for a check valve hose for a car, which comprises: a hose unit which has a bore; a jig unit where the hose unit is seated; a first moving unit which moves the hose unit positioned in the jig unit; a second moving unit which moves a check valve inserted into the hose unit between separated portions of the first moving unit; an actuating unit which actuates the first moving unit and the second moving unit; and a detecting unit which detects whether a fluid passes the check valve or not. In addition, the first moving unit inserts the second moving unit into the hose unit in order to insert the check valve into the bore in the hose unit. The detection unit applies hydraulic pressure to the hose unit where the check valve is inserted in order to detect directivity of the check valve inserted into the hose unit by the passage of the fluid through the check valve.
