| Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diabetes, containing, as an active ingredient, recombinant adenovirus including nucleotide sequences encoding prolactin regulatory element-binding protein (PREB). The composition of the present invention reduces resistance to pyruvic acid and glucose, and inhibits gluconeogenesis, thereby effectively preventing and treating diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes.
