A visible atmospheric pressure plasma generating device is disclosed. The visible atmospheric pressure plasma generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first electrode including a power plate to which power is applied; a plurality of second electrodes with a rod shape; and a dielectric block which is combined with the power plate through one side of the outside, vertically fixes the second electrode with regard to the longitudinal direction of the power plate inside, and includes a plurality of electrode fixing units for forming a discharge space to expose the lower end of the second electrode facing an object to be processed.
