description The present invention relates to a headlamp device for a vehicle, and a vehicle including the same. According to the present invention, the headlamp device for the vehicle comprises: a case; a light source portion disposed in the case, including a plurality of light sources, and outputting visible light of a first color; and a light conversion portion disposed in the case converting at least a part of the visible light of the first color into visible light of second and third colors. The light conversion portion is applied onto the light source portion; includes a phosphor to convert at least part of the visible light of the first color into visible light of the second and third colors; and outputs the visible light where at least a part of the first to third colors are mixed, wherein visible light decreases in brightness and size as a distance from a center area increases is output.
