Zusammenfassung: | The multi-stage reverse osmosis membrane apparatus of the present invention introduces inter-booster pump for increasing the pressure of water to be treated which is concentrated and discharged between a concentrated water discharge portion of a first pressure vessel and an inlet portion of a second pressure vessel while using a multi-stage pressure vessel at the same time, so that flux over in a lead membrane area located at the inlet of the pressure vessel can be prevented even if an RO membrane is used as a high flux membrane, and the pressure applied to the water to be treated which is introduced into the reverse osmosis membrane apparatus while reducing the degree of membrane contamination at the same time, thereby lowering the energy cost required for operation of an RO membrane separator.
본 발명의 다단계 역삼투(Reverse-Osmosis) 멤브레인 장치는, 다단계 압력 용기를 사용하면서 동시에 제1 압력 용기의 농축수 배출부와 제2 압력 용기의 도입부 사이에, 배출되는 농축된 피처리수의 압력을 높여주는 inter-부스터 펌프를 도입함으로써, RO 막을 High Flux 멤브레인을 사용하여도 압력 용기의 도입부에 위치하는 Lead Membrane 영역의 Flux over를 방지할 수 있고, 막 오염 정도를 감소시키면서 동시에 역삼투(Reverse-Osmosis) 멤브레인 장치에 도입되는 피처리수에 가해주어야 하는 압력을 낮출 수 있어, RO 막 분리 장치의 운전에 필요한 에너지 비용을 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
