More specifically, it usually closes the rooftop exit door of a building by self-restraining the rooftop door of the building, and opens the rooftop exit door by releasing the restraint of the rooftop exit door in the case of an emergency such as a fire, to secure an exit route. It is possible to stabilize the self-restraint of an emergency door by actively adjusting the pulse period of a starting current supplied to the self-closing device in each situation, and to minimize the consumption of the starting current.
