| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising quercetin as an active ingredient for preventing, improving, or treating colorectal cancer. The composition according to the present invention, in a CT26 cell which is a mouse-derived metastatic colorectal cancer cell line, retains the efficacy of inducing apoptosis and inhibiting the metastatic ability including epithelial-mesenchymal transition and mobility/invasiveness. The composition according to the present invention retains the efficacy of inhibiting the metastasis of the colorectal cancer to the lung in a colorectal cancer metastasis mouse model. The composition according to the present invention retains the efficacy of inhibiting the metastasis of the colorectal cancer by comprising 10-50 mg/kg/2 days of quercetin based on the mouse peritoneal administration.
본 발명은 퀘르세틴(QUERCETIN)을 유효성분으로 함유하여 대장염을 예방, 개선 또는 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은, 마우스 유래 전이성 대장암 세포주인 CT26 세포에 있어서, 세포자멸사를 유도하는 효능 및 상피-간엽 전환과 이동성·침윤성을 포함하는 전이능력을 억제하는 효능을 보유하고 있다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은, 대장암 전이 마우스 모델에서 대장암의 폐로의 전이를 억제하는 효능을 보유하고 있다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은, 퀘르세틴 10 ~ 50 mg/kg/2days(마우스 복강 투여 기준)을 포함하여 대장암의 전이를 억제할 수 있는 효능을 보유하고 있다. |
