The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display panel which improves luminance deviation and compensates for characteristic value deviation caused by the deterioration of a driving transistor included in the sub pixel of the organic light emitting display panel, and a driving method thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to compensate for the characteristic value deviation due to the deterioration of the driving transistor, and to compensate for correct mobility in all gradations even if the shape of the I-V curve of the driving transistor is changed. The organic light emitting display further includes a data driver and a gate driver. 본 발명은 유기발광표시패널, 유기발광표시장치 및 그 구동방법에 관한 것으로서, 유기발광표시패널의 서브픽셀에 포함된 구동 트랜지스터의 열화로 인하여 발생하는 특성치 편차를 보상하여 휘도 편차를 개선하고 화상 품질을 향상시킨 유기발광표시패널, 유기발광표시장치 및 그 구동방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 구동 트랜지스터의 열화에 따른 특성치 편차를 보상할 수 있도록 하며, 구동 트랜지스터의 I-V 곡선의 형태 변화가 발생하더라도 모든 계조에서 정확한 이동도 보상을 할 수 있도록 한다.
