High Durable Coating Composition for Pre-Coated Metal Sheet Suitable for Livestock Farmhouse and PCM Sheet Using the Same

The present invention relates to a high-durability coating composition for pre-coated metal (PCM) sheets suitable for livestock farmhouses and a PCM sheet manufactured using the same, the object of the present invention being to achieve both high durability and high chemical resistance. According to the high-durability coating composition, a high-build urethane primer forming an undercoat layer (30) is a coating composition containing a modified polyester resin as a main component, a crosslinker, and an anti-corrosion pigment, wherein the modified polyester resin comprises, with respect to the total composition, 30-40 wt% of a resin having a number average molecular weight of 6,000-8,000 and a hydroxyl value of 30-50; and a urethane resin, which is the crosslinker, comprises 10-15 wt% of a HDI trimer blocked with MEKO having an NCO equivalent weight of 10-12%. A high-durability polyester forming a topcoat layer (40) is a coating composition containing a resin as a main component, a curing agent, a solvent, and a UV-blocker, and comprises a modified polyester resin and melamine resin as main components, wherein the modified polyester resin has a number average molecular weight of 3,000-6,000, and with respect to the total composition, comprises 40-50 wt% of a resin having a hydroxyl value of 50-70; and the melamine resin, which is a crosslinker, comprises 5-7 wt% of hexamethoxymethylmelamine (NV 98%). 본 발명은 축사에 적합한 피씨엠 강판용 고내후 도료 조성물 및 이에 의해 제조된 피씨엠 도장강판에 관한 것으로서, 고내후성 및 내약품성을 동시에 구현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 고내후 도료 조성물은, 하도 도막층(30)을 형성하는 하이빌드 우레탄 프라이머는, 주성분인 변성 폴리에스테르 수지와 가교제인 우레탄 및 방청안료가 함유된 도료 조성물로서, 상기 변성폴리에스테르 수지는, 수평균 분자량이 6,000~8,000이고, OH기가 30~50인 수지를 전체 조성물에 대하여 30~40 중량% 함유하고, 가교제인 우레탄 수지는, NCO 당량이 10~12%인 MEKO로 블록된 HDI 트라이머를 10~15 중량% 함유하며, 상도 도막층(40)을 형성하는 고내후 폴리에스테르는, 주성분인 수지와 경화제, 용제 및 UV 블로커가 함유된 도료 조성물로서 변성 폴리에스테르 수지와 멜라민 수지를 주성분으로 하며, 상기 변성폴리에스테르 수지는, 수평균 분자량이 3,000~6,000이고, OH기가 50~70인 수지를 전체 조성물에 대하여 40~50 중량% 함유하고, 가교제인 멜라민 수지는, NV가 98% 이상인 헥사메톡시메틸멜라민을 전체 조성물에 대하여 5~7 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
