Insulator united floor unit having tilt-in detachable jointing structure

The present invention relates to an insulator-integrated floor unit having a tilt-in detachable joining structure detachably attached to facilitate disassembly and replacement installation; is constructed by small equipment in an indoor space; and is machined and manufactured to have an insulator integrated thereinto. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the insulator-integrated floor unit having the tilt-in detachable joining structure comprises: an upper and a lower inter-floor unit of an identical structure installed in the front surfaces of an upper and a lower slab to correspond to each other; and an insulator-integrated floor unit erected on each floor in a height direction after a lower end thereof is mounted on a lower inter-floor unit side, and an upper end thereof surface-attached to the upper inter-floor unit. The lower inter-floor unit includes a hinge element and the upper inter-floor unit includes a hinge mounting element disposed on a lower portion thereof, detachably mounted on the hinge element. The insulator-integrated floor unit is rotatably supported on the lower inter-floor unit by hinge-mounting to detachably be installed in an indoor side. 본 발명은 탈부착이 가능하여 해체 및 교체 설치가 용이하고, 실내에서 소형장비로 시공이 가능하며, 단열재 일체형으로 공작 제작이 이루어지는 틸트-인 착탈식 결합구조를 갖는 단열재 일체형 층 유닛을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 틸트-인 착탈식 결합구조를 갖는 단열재 일체형 층 유닛은, 상,하부 슬래브의 전면에 각기 대응되게 설치된 동일 구조의 상,하부 층간 유닛과; 하단이 하부 층간 유닛측에 결합되고, 상단이 상부 층간 유닛에 면착되어 고정된 후 각 층에 높이 방향으로 입설되는 단열재 일체형 층 유닛을 구비하되; 하부 층간 유닛에는 힌지요소가 상기 단열재 일체형 층 유닛에는 하부에 힌지요소에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 힌지 결합요소가 구비되어, 단열재 일체형 층 유닛은 하부 층간 유닛에 힌지결합으로 회전 지지되어 실내측에서 착탈가능하게 설치할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
