Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a graphene-based membrane. According to the present invention, the graphene-based membrane comprises: a single-layered graphene having a defect; and a deposition layer disposed on the defect; and a nanosized pore surrounded by the deposition layer. According to the present invention, a method for producing the graphene-based membrane comprises the following steps: a first step for forming a single-layered graphene sheet; and a second step for partially forming the deposition layer on the graphene sheet. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 기반의 막은 결함을 포함하는 단일층 그래핀; 상기 결함 상에 배치되는 증착층; 및 상기 증착층이 둘러싸는 나노크기의 포어를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 기반의 막의 제조방법은 단일층 그래핀 시트를 형성하는 제 1 단계; 상기 그래핀 시트 상에 부분적으로 증착층을 형성하는 제 2 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
