Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an ureidobenzothiazole compound showing excellent antiproliferative efficacy against cancer cells, a pharmaceutically allowable salt or a hydrate thereof, a manufacturing method thereof, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer metastasis and propagation diseases containing the same as an active ingredient, and an anticancer composition against cancer cells. According to the present invention, the compound, pharmaceutically allowable salt or hydrate thereof has excellent cancer cell inhibition activity and antiproliferative efficacy, thereby being used for inhibiting cancer cells, preventing cancer metastasis and propagation diseases or treating cancer. 본 발명은 암세포에 대한 우수한 항 증식 효능을 나타내는 우레이도벤조티아졸 화합물, 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 또는 수화물과, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 의약 조성물, 및 암세포에 대한 항암 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 본 발명에 따른 화합물, 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 또는 수화물은 우수한 암세포 억제 활성 및 항증식 효능을 나타내므로, 암세포 저해는 물론이고 나아가 암 전이 및 증식성 질환의 예방 또는 암 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
