The present invention is characterized by including a compound (A), a compound (B), and a polyurethane compound (E) obtained by reacting a compound (C) and a compound (D). Compound (A): a hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol compound. Compound (B): a polyisocyanate compound. Compound (C): a (meth)acrylate compound having at least one hydroxyl group. Compound (D): a diol compound other than compound (A).
