The UV coating layer is able to be formed in a form of a conventional protection film formed on an autoclavable lightweight concrete (ALC) board panel, a magnesium board panel, a cellulose-fiber reinforced cement (CRC) board panel, a medium density fiber (MDF) board panel, a high-density fiber (HDF) board panel, and a particle board panel. Alternately, the UV coating layer is able to be formed from a print film having a decorative pattern printed thereon. Alternately, the UV coating layer is able to be formed in a shape of a print layer printed by thermal printing and a high-gloss film layer. A thermal shielding IR layer is formed to have a thickness of 150-200 m by mixing liquid indium tin oxide (ITO), an acrylic resin, and antimony tin oxide (ATO) made of a solvent and nanoparticle powder on the UV coating layer. The stone powder layer is formed on the thermal shielding layer by spraying stone powder thereon.
