Detected data are rapidly transmitted in real time so that a user can rapidly replace the diaper with new one, and the case histories of the infants or the patients, the number of the feces of the patients and the change of the urine can be easily detected on the screen. The diaper can be always maintained in a clean state, thereby preventing pressure ulcers and skin disease and maintaining health. The inverse L-shaped structure having an insulation support member is provided to provide the temperature-humidity sensor in the diaper as shown in FIG. 1(a). Accordingly, the measurement error of the temperature sensor provided in the pin is removed. A conductive line is not arranged in the diaper. The humidity is measured by the minimum amount of current through a circular conductive line (as shown in FIG. 4) opposite to the conductive line of the pin shown in FIG. 3 and spaced apart from the conductive line of the pin. A base part, which has a problem in practical use because of causing inconvenience in wearing due to contamination of filth, is removed, and only a sensing beacon is attached to an outer portion of the diaper, thereby simplifying the diaper so that a consumer can feel convenient in the use of the diaper. Regarding the measurement value, the existence of urine or feces of the infants or the patients, the case histories of the patients, the number of the feces of the patients, and an amount of urine or feces of the patients can be measured as numeric values, so that a protector or a caregiver can easily manage the infants or the patients.
