| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a water-soluble dendrimer complex containing natural bioactive compounds which is obtained by solubilizing natural bioactive compounds poorly soluble in water using a polyamidoamine dendrimer or a surface-modified polyamidoamine dendrimer and, more specifically, to a dendrimer complex which has a natural phenolic compound having various physiological activities such as antioxidant and being poorly soluble in water and which is soluble in a water-soluble solvent such as water, and a method for producing the same.
